　　我国将加大生态质量监测力度

　　本报讯(记者周怿)近日，生态环境部联合中国科学院印发《全国生态质量监督监测工作方案(2023—2025年)》(以下简称《工作方案》)。《工作方案》围绕提升生态保护监管能力，明确了工作目标、原则、主要任务和职责分工，为今后一段时间全国各级生态环境部门开展生态质量监督监测工作提供了基本遵循。

　　《工作方案》主要包括组建全国生态质量监测网络、开展生态质量监督监测、全面加强数据管理和质控、完善工作机制等4个方面。在网络建设方面，《工作方案》提出积极推进卫星遥感、航空遥感、地面监测的协同，在全国范围实现卫星遥感2米级季度监测，重点区域实现亚米级监测；航空遥感作为卫星监测的补充，开展现场核实和参数验证；地面监测以开展遥感验证、生物多样性和生态功能监测为主，从而实现生态质量“天空地一体化”监测。

　　生态环境监测是生态保护修复监管的重要支撑。生态环境部生态环境监测司相关负责人介绍，目前，我国初步构建了天地一体化的生态环境监测网络，但作为生态环境监测的重要领域，生态质量监测仍是短板与弱项。下一步，通过开展常态化监测，积累全面、连续、客观的生态监测数据，将为深入打好污染防治攻坚战，全方位支持生态保护监管，助力人与自然和谐共生的现代化和美丽中国建设。（工人日报）
